JETE' FOR JOY! in March !
I know this is July but I am still catching up. You know we are grandparents, and that Taylor has graduated from BYU now I must tell you about living with a declared Dance
Grand National Champion!
Our sweet talented Spencer was also busy in March. She was a participant in ALL of the Centennial High School Sweet Liberty Dance Team entries at the USA Dance National Championships in Anaheim California. Her amazing skills and long legs were a definite wow factor in each dance. She can leap tall buildings in a single bound and dance faster than a speeding bullet. Hence her name at our house SPENCER AWESOME or SUPER SPENCER! (pose your arms like boom boom firepower!)
Although all the entries did not earn a first place in their category the combined scoring of each routine was high enough that they won the USA OVERALL GRAND NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP! Amazing the talent we have right here in little old Boise Idaho! We are so proud and happy for these girls. They work hard and they deserve it.
Living with a Grand National Dance Champion is alot like it was before her title. She still spins like a top in the kitchen, kicks high in the living room and busts moves everywhere else there is a smidgeon of room. We have learned long ago to duck and jump out of the way. Way to go Spencer. See her jumping.... no leaping....no it's called a grand jete .... ing for joy in our backyard. Pyper was her photographer because we love to catch and hold (just opposite of catch and release) onto her perfect mid air technique.
For further bragging just stay tuned. I'm sure she will do something amazing to me again.....soon.

Hey, when are you going to blog about your kitchen/power saw experience, pictures and all? I can't wait to see it!
Ditto and ditto. Good comments Julie.
PS Mom you are hilarious, I liked the "just the opposite of catch and release" line the best. Love ya
