Raspberry jam that is.
Charlotte and Ray our neighbors went to cook for girls camp last week and we got to pick their raspberries! Yum! We ate them on waffles and cold cereal and ice cream and just straight out of a bowl. WE are in raspberry heaven.SPEAKING OF RASPBERRIES......Oh, this is so great and cracked Pyper and I up.
We were making raspberry jam and cranked up the tunes on the radio for a little kitchen dancing party (like we do). The song "We all need somebody to lean on" came on and we were thick into the instrumental part with some crazy dance moves around the island when a jamaican back up started singin We be jammin! we be jammin! Pyper stopped and looked at our jars and back at me and slowly smiled......WE BE JAMMIN! hhahahah.....this gets better. the next song was "How sweet it is to be loved by you" and we didnt realize until we heard it that he sings JUST LIKE JELLY BABY..............ohhhhhh screaming and laughing followed. hahrharhhahrhhharhahrhhhhh.
Heres some pics.............

love Mom and Pyper
ps Thanks Sister Charlotte and Brother Ray

I love this! SOO awesome that all those songs spoke of what you were doing ... did you listen to the Peanut Butter Jelly Song too? Good job mom! And good job Pyper making her tell this funny story.
So funny!!! And I'm glad I'm not the only one that kitchen dances!
Of course every song that came on was perfectly relevant--that's how we do.
Ahahaha! That would happen at the Foote household. I love it!
