Dear blogging family
I have attended dance competitions my whole life. That is more than 30 years worth! You could call me well seasoned and experienced in this area since I also used to judge, coach, and to teach dance plus choreograph for years. Still, I am amazed at the amount of dedication these girls must have, hours of practice they freely give and the sweat that goes into perfecting their 3 minute routines. After working so hard together towards a common goal they can't help but make good friends for life. When I watch the other dance teams I feel spoiled when I watch Centennial. Their precision is remarkable.They are technically trained and advanced dancers. If added all together there are hundreds of years of dance experience that those 14-17 year olds bring to the floor. This is why they continue to excell. The team is definitely one that we can be proud of. I cant wait to see them this weekend. I"ll keep you posted on the outcomes!
